THE 2020 SUPIMA HARVEST SYMPOSIUM

The SHS includes a panel discussion on authenticity featuring Daniele Arioldi, ICA President & CEO.

Every October for the past 15 years, Supima has been inviting its brand partners from across the globe to experience the harvesting process of its American-grown extra-long staple cotton. From cotton gin to classing office to riding a cotton harvester in the fields, the annual Supima harvest celebration has been an educational program and networking event that reinforces why Supima cotton is the top 1% of the cotton produced around the world.

With 2020 continuing to impede on large gatherings and in-person events, taking a tour of a Supima cotton farm during its annual harvest just got easier. Supima has once again pivoted and is taking the Supima harvest virtual with the 2020 Supima Harvest Symposium.

In partnership with COTTON USA and the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol, Supima has announced an immersive three-day program featuring a combination of virtual farming visits and panel discussions that speak to the many facets of Supima and its leadership role in transparent farming practices, marketing and its ever-growing licensing program.

The SHS program schedule includes a panel discussion on authenticity and Supima’s traceability program featuring Daniele Arioldi, ICA President & CEO, Marc Lewkowitz, Supima President & CEO, and Ben Tomkins, Oritain Senior Business Development Manager. The three speakers will discuss their collaboration to verify cotton, from field to fabrics, through scientific traceability.
