Giza 45
Giza 45 is considered as the best amongst the Egyptian Extra-Long Staple cottons. Exceptional for the length, fineness and strength of its fibres, it is ideal for achieving superfine yarn counts.
The fibres of Giza 45 cotton have a very long length (35 mm), with a uniformity index of 88.5% combined with an exceptional fineness, on average 2.9 Micronaire. From this combination, very high-quality yarns are obtained, which are extraordinarily fine, uniform and resistant.
Giza 87
Giza 87 is an Egyptian Extra-Long Staple cotton, that is particularly known for the brilliance and resistance of its fibres that make it one of the most exclusive cottons in the world.
Giza 87 has unique characteristics: the fibre length and uniformity are remarkable (35 mm, with a uniformity index of 87.3%), while the strength is very high (44.60 g/tex). Its degree of brilliance, equal to 74.8 Rd, is among the highest of the Egyptian Extra-Long Staple cottons.
